In 1988, Clay & Barbara Wallace began The Sonshine Club bus ministry at Gospel Lighthouse Church in Dallas, Texas. Every week, they brought over 300 children from low income neighborhoods to church. After 5 successful years, in 1993, they launched Dallas Metro Ministries, modeled after Bill Wilson
